The Meat & Wine Co is a full service, casual fine dining steakhouse that specialises in dry-aging steaks and has an impressive wine selection. Our teams pride themselves on their people first culture and training and development.

Our Perth restaurant is seeking **Wait Staff & Bartenders** to join our growing front of house team - 15-30 hours available and part time or casual award rates.

**_To be successful for this particular position, you must have some availability between Monday-Friday for lunch shifts (11am-4pm) _**

- Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
- A solid understanding of wine and its service
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
