**Description**:
We are seeking a self-motivated, talented, and aspiring individual looking for a new challenge to join the team. If you are an administrator with a passion for credit collections while maintaining strong customer relations, then this is the role for you
**The role**:

- Managing customer account collections and reviewing accounts.
- Recommending action regarding bad debts, legal action and credit reviews.
- Making decisions on order release within authorised limits and terms.
- Correctly allocating and aging cash received to enable banking on day of receipt.
- Preparing and maintaining reconciliations, reports and debtor information.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Currently undertaking or completed an Advanced Credit Management Certificate (desirable).
- Proven experience in the Australian commercial credit environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of credit procedures and basic credit law.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large volumes.
