**Your Role**

As a Shift Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of our restaurant during your shift. You’ll ensure that operations run like a well-oiled machine while inspiring your team to deliver the signature Wendy's experience that keeps customers coming back for more.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Lead & Motivate the Team -**Inspire and guide team members to deliver excellent service, maintain peak operational efficiency, and work together effectively throughout every shift.
- ** Maintain a Clean & Welcoming Environment -**Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and fully stocked to create a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff.
- ** Manage Operations & Cash Handling -**Oversee front and back-of-house tasks, including opening and closing procedures, POS duties, and accurate cash accountability during your shift.
- ** Coordinate Scheduling & Task Delegation -**Assist the General Manager with scheduling, manage break rotations, and delegate tasks efficiently during busy and quieter times.
- ** Train, Coach & Enforce Standards -**Train team members on Standard Operating Procedures and safety practices, ensuring consistent delivery of quality service and a safe work environment.
- ** Support Promotions & Customer Satisfaction -**Collaborate with management to implement sales promotions and handle customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- ** Communicate & Problem-Solve -**Keep the General Manager updated on any significant issues and take initiative by handling additional duties as needed.

- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and operational best practices.
- Experienced in coaching and developing staff in fast-paced environments.
- A strong communicator who can connect with everyone from crew members to management.
- Detail-oriented with sharp organisational skills.
- Adaptable and capable of handling various situations with ease.
- Professional and respectful, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- A master of time management, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Full working rights in Australia are preferred.
