Your new role

This role reports to the HR Superintendent and is paid FIFO to remote mine site, duties include but are not limited to:

- Provide support to the HR Superintendent, Management and the Recruitment Team as required.
- Complete all Remuneration and Role changes forms and Secondment paperwork
- Monitor enquiries to the shared People inbox and forward / respond as required
- Maintain and input plane delays payment spreadsheet for payroll
- Absenteeism reconciliation against the roster and leave forms to ensure employees are providing documentation to cover the period of leave as required
- Fostering a culture of teamwork and employee involvement

What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in a high volume HR related environment
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Current Drivers Licence
