We’re seeking a proactive and solutions-focused HR Advisor to join our team in Nambour on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. You'll provide guidance and practical support to leaders and employees across our business.

What You’ll Do:

- Advise and support leaders on HR, IR and ER matters including performance management, grievances and disciplinary actions
- Prepare employee documentation such as show cause and other formal correspondence
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
- Deliver training and development initiatives aligned with employee and business needs
- Champion MacKellar’s values, ensuring our culture is consistently reflected across all sites
- Provide timely and accurate reporting and HR insights
- Promote MacKellar as an employer of choice through best-practice HR support

What You’ll Bring:

- HR qualifications highly regarded, or demonstrated experience in a similar advisory role
- Experience in the mining or construction industries an advantage
- Sound knowledge of current Australian workplace legislation
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
