Over the years we’ve developed innovative solutions, taking our customers on a journey of digital transformation. **About the Role** To be successful in this role, you will display a positive "can-do" attitude and will be a highly reliable individual, representing the customer brand at the reception desk by providing a memorable customer experience. You have a great sense of self-leadership in performing tasks without requiring a direct supervision. You will act as primary site contact including backup for support staff as needed. Ensuring that the site is always ‘show ready’ by planning, organising and holding regular community style events as directed by the customer. **Scope of Responsibilities includes**: - Performs duties of Guest Relations Officer independently - Dealing with both internal and external stakeholders enquiries - Maintain office equipment, office supplies and stationery - Assist in organising meetings and conferences - Set up and assisting of office furniture in and for meetings and conference rooms - Maintain databases and update presentations - Light cleaning duties of meeting and conference rooms - Assist with any filing and maintenance document files - General administrative duties - Some lifting may be involved - Some Reception duties **Key Requirements** - Can work independently and enjoys performing duties autonomously. - Good knowledge of MS Office - Has an ability to quickly learn new technology and work instructions. - Strong communication and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service - The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards - Previous customer service experience and proactive personality is highly regarded In return we offer a supportive team environment where collaboration and support from your leaders and peers is the norm.
