Missions

As a brand ambassador, you will elevate the client experience by embodying the Louis Vuitton promise and leveraging your passion for storytelling and exceptional communication skills. You will be a sales leader for our Les Extraordinaires product categories (watches, fine jewelry, exotics, hardsided, and Objets Nomades), consistently exceeding expectations and driving business growth. By cultivating enduring relationships with both existing and new clients, you will guide them through the world of Louis Vuitton, nurturing brand loyalty and exceeding their expectations.

Profil

About you

This role requires a proven track record of driving exceptional sales results within a high-end or luxury retail environment, demonstrating world-class clienteling expertise and a proactive approach to client engagement. As the in-store "go-to" expert for Les Extraordinaires, you will partner with management to provide vital feedback, lead product training and new launch initiatives, and coach team members on best practices. Your analytical skills, commercial acumen, and dedication to providing unparalleled service will contribute to the Maison's continued success in delivering the Louis Vuitton dream.
