Coles Liquor team work across three leading brands (First Choice, Liquorland and Vintage Cellars), each with their own unique offering and customer base. We understand what our customers need and enjoy—and we work side-by-side with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Strategy to deliver it.**About The Role**

Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain, you will support Project Apollo (Liquor IT Transformation Project) by providing knowledge and experience in the process of supply chain operations to advise and inform the design, configuration, training, testing and delivery of a new class leading forecasting and replenishment solution. Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
- You’ll also- Assist with the setup and testing of the new system across the full set of supply chain business processes
- Ensure the proposed solution is both scalable and in line with the wider group system development roadmap
- Partner with senior leaders and their respective teams to deliver the change program, reporting progress to leadership on a routine basis
- Ensure the design of new processes will meet the required commercial goals once implemented
- Ensure current operating model is sustained during re-design process to support high seasonal sales uplift

**About you and your skills**

We’re after a highly skilled professional with demonstrated understanding of supply chain planning, supply chain finance, stock management principles, replenishment and inventory management.
- You’ll also need- Thorough understanding of retail replenishment systems and factors affecting availability
- Solid understanding of retail logistics processes and cost drivers
- Previous experience assisting in the delivery of a large scale replenishment solution from design, to organisational change, training and delivery will be highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguous problems comfortably
- Experience in dealing with large datasets to develop and build processes
- a high proficiency for communication, catering for a variety of stakeholder levels
