**Job Description** What you will do**:
This is a casual position and the hours available will be variable, including working weekends and public/school holidays.
- Following direction towards portion control, cooking standards and wastage.
- Ensure all aspects of food preparation is according to company guidelines and customer preferences
- Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, to include proper storage of food, equipment, utensils and implements
- Cleaning, sanitising and disinfecting all kitchen areas in accordance with daily cleaning
- Receive, store and distribute goods & equipment.

**What you will bring**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or club kitchen
- An understanding of 'Food Safety' principles and workplace health and safety
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to be part of the team and jump in to help out as needed
