Our Front Office is the face of our Hotel; providing an on-brand experience to our guests and customers through intuitive service and dedication to exceeding expectations.

We are seeking Talent with effortlessly amazing service skills. The role requires someone who is naturally social and outgoing, and is flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

- Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key.
Hotel operations experience
- Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level service standards and requirements
- Proven display of high commitment to improving Customer Service
- Passionate about inspiring team members and improving/developing their skills
- Ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
- Strong time management, attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
