**Description**:
A bit about you...
- Experience working in a customer-centric retail environment within a Team Leader, Supervisor or 3IC role with proven exposure to customer service and supervising a team
- Passionate about providing great customer service and championing best practice in stock, service, safety, operational procedures and visual merchandising to set the standards for your team
- Ability to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the overall running of the store with the confidence to step up when needed
- Shows commitment to every customer and makes a conscious effort to improve their in-store experience
- Highly personable and confident individual who has an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues
- Consultative selling experience with proven ability to find the right products for our customers and instil confidence
- Ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities
- Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
- Great listening and problem-solving skills
