**About the role**:
C&K is a not-for-profit organisation which is recognised as one of Queensland’s leading bodies in the Early Childhood and Education sector. Since 1907, the organisation has grown and developed its social purpose agenda and now educates children in 360 centres which is comprised of both Childcare Centres and Kindergartens.

C&K Oxley Childcare Centre is currently looking for an Assistant Educator in the toddler room to join their team. As an experienced and qualified Assistant, you will be responsible for implementing a quality care and education program in co-operation with the group leader.

This beautiful, 114 place state of the art centre is the first three-level centre. You will be required to work 38 hours per week on a rotating roster between the hours of 07:00 to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

**Ideally you will have the following**:

- An ACECQA recognised qualification - already obtained or working towards
- Passionate about nature-play pedagogy and committed to ongoing professional learning and development
- Prior experience working in the early childhood profession.
- Awareness of the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG).
- Experience assisting with the implementation of a planned program, ensuring the needs of the group and individual children are met.

All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes police checks.
