**What do I need?**
The customer relationships our Mobile Lending Managers foster often start with a referral network of external partners. Which is why experience with maintaining this sort of network is a must-have.

Along with this, you’ll have extensive experience working in a customer-facing organisation (particularly in lending) and will be fully across the home lending process with a solid pipeline of contacts to tap into.

**Some other things are essential to your success**:

- Proven experience within sales / business development.
- Sound time management skills and an ability to multi-task - prioritising is essential
- Solid personal resilience -Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, ability to build long-lasting, positive relationships.Self-motivation & ambition
- you are a key team player
