Our destination offers restaurants, cafes, bars, gaming, TAB, Keno, promotions and events, we also have a world-class gym, indoor Olympic pool, an international standard athletics track and a wellness precinct with hairdresser, beautician, physiotherapist and martial arts studio.

This year, we will commence construction on a brand new five-storey hotel with 80+ rooms which will attract more customers and exciting new Events on site.

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking motivated and experienced bar tenders and wait staff to join our Events team. There are Part Time opportunities for those who are ready for a career in Events, and Casual opportunities suited to those studying or looking to supplement their income.

To succeed in this role you’ll have:

- An engaging and friendly personality
- Previous experience working in events, hotels, bars, restaurants, or cafes
- Current RSA and RCG certificates
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Initiative and high level of attention to detail
- Waiting skills including 3 plate carry and 5 plate clear (desirable)
- ** Strong availability across weekends for the next six months**
