Posted Date: 25 Oct 2024- Location: Guildford PDC, WA, AUAre you passionate about logistics and team leadership? We’re looking for a dynamic **Warehouse Supervisor** to oversee our daily operations and drive excellence in our warehouse.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead and inspire a team to achieve targets, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Enhance productivity and service standards while engaging with internal teams and customers
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring, identifying training needs and development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, monitor performance, and drive improvements
- Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities

**Location**: Guildford PDC

**Roster**:Nightshift only, Wednesday - Saturday, 10.5 hours per shift

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Previous experience in Logistics or Warehouse Operations, coupled with experience in a leadership role
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Warehousing & Logistics _(desirable, not essential)_
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and Lean Warehousing Principles
- Excellent planning, organising, and decision-making skills
- Proven track record in continuous improvement and change management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Safety Systems (COR) and WHS Legislation
- Experience in the Mining and Construction industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
