**Reporting to the WIP Shed Supervisor, you will lead and supervise a small team, ensuring high safety standards and managing work-in-progress materials between strip down and rebuild stages.**

**The WIP Shed at WesTrac plays a crucial role in managing the flow of work-in-progress materials between strip down and rebuild stages. Supporting the Caterpillar Rebuild Centre with reliable and innovative solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and safety. **Rosters on Offer**:5/2 - 5 days on, 2 days off 10 hours (30 minutes lunch break)

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and motivate a team of up to 10 employees’
- Provide training and mentorship to team members
- Oversee daily operations and manage work-in-progress materials.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience with mining, construction, or industrial equipment
- Leadership experience in a workshop or warehouse environment
- Forklift license with reach forklift experience
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (SAP, DBS, or similar)
- Ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously
