**Job Title: Rural Fencing Contractor Assistant (Casual)**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Casual Rural Fencing Contractor Assistant to help with fence installation and repairs on rural properties. No experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn Hours may vary between 8 to 40 hours per week, depending on workload and weather conditions, a Construction White Card is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in installing and repairing rural fences, including post-and-wire, electric, and livestock fencing.
- Dig post holes and secure fence posts using hand tools and machinery.
- Load, unload, and transport fencing materials and equipment.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions and rural environments.
- Follow instructions from the fencing contractor and work efficiently in a team.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite.

**Requirements**:

- No experience required—training will be provided.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
- must have a Construction White Card.
- Driver’s license and reliable transport (preferred but not essential).
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours depending on job requirements.
