**The Company**

We are partnering with a well-known international organisation who are leaders in Asset Management. They are on the hunt for an experienced Financial Operations Manager who has understandings of a team leader. The company is located in Yatala.

**The Role**
- Management of Search, Settlements, Disbursements, AP and AR departments
- Oversee and ensure execution of (SOX) controls for balance sheet accounts
- Receive, scan and track Contracts to Auction from various Auction Sites across Australia and New Zealand
- Communicate effectively operational results to provide visibility and promote collaboration
- Provide exceptional people leadership, taking an active role in coaching, developing, mentoring, performance management and creating opportunities for succession planning

**About you**
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Have the ability to work well under pressure
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and detail.
- Leadership Experience
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

**Skills and Experience**
- Accounting degree or equivalent.
- CPA Qualified
- 5+ years’ experience working within a Leadership role,
- Experience with working in a publicly listed company and SOX compliance highly regarded
