**Your new Leadership Opportunity**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Manager to join our Business Advisory team in Parramatta.

William Buck is now the largest mid-tier accounting firm in Parramatta and we are on an exciting growth trajectory and looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join us on that journey.

This is a leadership position and we are looking for someone that is seeking a genuine career growth opportunity.

You will gain exposure across a broad range of financial strategies and work alongside dynamic, motivated and experienced professionals, with a good mix of compliance and advisory work, and continue to build your network and capabilities.

Stepping into this role, you will focus on developing more junior team members with a view of revolutionising the way business services is delivered.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, motivated and collaborative. Someone that will not only make a positive impact on our clients, but also their teammates and colleagues.

**You will also have**:

- Prior experience at a similar level, or be looking to step into your first Manager role
- CA Qualifications
- The drive to push your career to the next level - we want to see you succeed
- A strong sense of team collaboration
- A real desire to partner with your clients and make a positive impact
- Fresh eyes and an innovative approach - we want to hear your amazing ideas
