We're searching for a people-focused individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment and shares our passion for delivering excellence. **The Roster & Rates** We are ideally looking for someone available to do 16 hours per week. Casual Rates: Monday - Friday: $31.23 Saturday & Sunday: $37.47 Public Holidays: $62.45 **About You** - Minimum 1 year of Barista experience - Ability to forge connections with customers, offering a stellar experience - Motivated and positively aligned with our dynamic team - Thrive on maintaining unwavering product quality - Authentic, down-to-earth, and genuinely passionate about people **About the Business** Our journey began in 2008 when we opened our first boutique patisserie in Newtown.
