Winter’s Café is on the hunt for an experienced Head Barista to lead our passionate coffee team. We’re a high-volume, specialty-focused venue with a strong reputation for top-tier service, seasonal menus, and exceptional coffee.

What we’re looking for:
✔ Proven specialty coffee experience (minimum 2 years in a leadership role)

✔ Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment

✔ Expert dial-in, milk texturing, and latte art skills

✔ Strong knowledge of espresso machines and grinder calibration

✔ Passion for customer service and training junior staff

✔ Full-time availability, including weekends
