By joining our restaurant management team, you will
You have leadership experience in QSR or in a high volume restaurant.
You have strong analytical/decision-making skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Have good oral/written communication skills with exceptional team building capability.
Passionate about providing excellence in execution of quality food, service, safety, cleanliness, and speed standards.
You are a dynamic, energetic and positive leader, a self-starter, proactively driven to get things done and does the right thing for the business.
Provides leadership and coaching for each employee in their restaurant.
Nurture, mentor, and develop our new generation of leaders We believe great leaders create new leaders
Drive a strong restaurant culture through reward and recognition and help us embed a fun and inclusive environment (spontaneous dancing is encouraged)
Have your voice heard by contributing ideas & suggestions to continually improve and refine our restaurant operations
Ensure our products are delicious, craveable, and #instaworthy
Ensure our customers leave with a smile and RING OUR BELL
