**Are you an experienced social, youth or support worker or team leader ready to take on a challenging, yet rewarding role of House Supervisor?**
**About Us**
Treehouse Innovative Families is a designated agency. We have been supporting young people in care since 2014 throughout NSW. At Treehouse we are dedicated to establishing 'innovative families,' unique living arrangements that unite trained professionals with children and young people who have endured trauma, neglect, or abuse. We work closely with the young people in our care, guiding them on their journey towards healing from their past experiences. We provide a secure environment where they can establish connections, build trust, and gradually move away from survival mode.
We distinguish ourselves from traditional residential care models through a unique approach. Each of our residences is meticulously designed to cater to the distinct needs of individual young persons, and when possible, their siblings. This tailored approach ensures that our care is not only effective but also responsive to the specific circumstances of each child. Our mission is to nurture and empower them to cultivate their identity and self-esteem, promoting their overall well-being—physically, emotionally, socially, and psychologically. Through our efforts, we aim to equip them with the tools they need to enhance their present and future lives.
