Our client in a global supplier of heavy machinery such as forklifts, telehandlers, construction equipment and more. The business has a reputation for selling high quality brands and backing up customers with great aftersales support. Based out of a branch in Dandenong, SE Melbourne, the company services industries such as construction, agriculture and transport & logistics.

Internally the business boasts a great culture where staff are encouraged to grow and develop professionally. The business will always promote from within if possible and give staff the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities.

**Position**

A Parts Interpreter role has now become available working out of the Dandenong branch.
- Parts interpreting for customers.
- Preparing quotes and submitting pricing.
- Liaising with head office and operations staff around parts availability.
- Managing expectations around delivery timeframes.
- Stock control and orders.
- Other in branch responsibilities.
