Kick start your career by completing a parts traineeship in the automotive industry; it is an excellent opportunity to “get your foot in the door” and to develop yourself into a fully qualified Parts Interpreter. Parts Interpreters are sought after by Automotive Dealerships due to the current skill shortage and experience.

During your Traineeship, you will be working in a supportive team environment; where you will be trained, developed, mentored and guided into ultimately becoming a capable Parts Interpreter.

Day to day tasks consist of supplying automotive parts and accessories to service and retail customers on a daily basis. You will be responsible for advising, selling, supplying and sourcing of parts and accessories as required.
- Experience working in retail sales/phone sales or any customer facing experience
- Ideally you will have a mechanical aptitude with a strong desire to learn more through our trainee program
- Team focused with strong communication & engaging customers skills
- A desire/interest to work in the automotive industry
- A current driver's license
- Ability work in a fast paced environment
- Accurate numeracy skill and professional phone manner
- Ability to work well with others & willingness to learn

**The position**:

- You will be registered to complete an apprenticeship (Certificate III Parts Sales)
- The Traineeship will run between one and a half to three years; depending on your theoretical and practical progress
- Workplace assessments will be done every two months
- Permanent Position (Monday - Friday)
- Working hours 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Working locations include Caroline Springs and Hoppers Crossing
