DeltaFM provides facility management support services to the mining sector and metropolitan commercial sector across Australia. The Operations Support Officer role works with onsite Facilities Managers to help deliver Planned and Unplanned services efficiently. This is achieved through the utilisation of in-house and sub-contracted trade staff. The role is based in a great office environment in Cannon Hill, Monday to Friday and offers flexible working arrangements including days, start and finish times and working from home. Some travel to site will be required from time to time.

**The Position**

Our team is expanding, and we have an exciting opportunity for a strong Maintenance Operations Support Officer to join us You will be responsible for ensuring the administration of contract compliance through the following:

- Collect and compile asset register information (site visit or provided data)
- Create and update Preventative Maintenance Tasks
- Provide adhoc reports
- Overdue Service Call monitoring
- Purchase Order management
- Generation of monthly Preventative Maintenance Work Packs
- Conduct analysis and report on Work Order activity, Trade utilisation and KPIs
- Provide system training to site users
- Assist in mobilisations - setting up maintenance offices and the required
