**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies and set sales targets to maximize the company's sales and customer loyalty.**:

- **Develop and implement strategies to promote the company's services and reach a wider audience.**:

- **Create and reinforce brand image and loyalty to drive increased consumption of the company's services.**:

- **Manage public relations efforts to build and maintain a strong brand reputation.**:

- **Oversee market research to analyse industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.**:

- **Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing direction and performance feedback.**:

- **Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing efforts with company goals.**:

- **Manage and maintain company social media presence, website content, and online advertising.**:

- **Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.**:

- **Ensure compliance with relevant Australian laws and industry regulations related to marketing and advertising.**

**Qualification and Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.**
- **Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.**
- **Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and revenue growth.**
- **Experience in managing digital marketing platforms, including SEO, PPC, and social media.**
- **Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.**

**Skills and Attributes**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**
- **Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.**
- **Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.**
- **Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.**
- **High level of proficiency in marketing software, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.**
- **Understanding of Australian consumer and advertising laws.**
- **Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.**
