**Background**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establishing excellent working partnerships with internal and external client.
- Providing accurate and timely reporting and analysis support to key stakeholders.
- Manage leadership and support team members with organising calendars, travel and meetings.
- Organising documentation for the team.
- Manage administration across the teams, assisting with general administration.
- Point of contact with managers and broader team.
- Expense reports.
- Purchase requisitions / invoicing for the departments
- General support to visitors.
- Projects work as required.
- Data administrative tasks.
- Administration of employee recognition program.

**The Ingredients to be successful**:

- Experience in similar team administration role is required.
- Highly experienced in Microsoft suite.
- The ability to delivers results and work to tight deadlines.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities.
- The ability to collaborative and develop strong relationships.
- Discretion: ability to manage sensitive information.
