As Finance Associate, you will ensure the accounts payable and corporate credit card function is maintained in a timely and accurate manner and assist with Finance functions.**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Responsible for the administration of the Accounts Payable and MasterCard expense function at Rest. This includes setting up new payees, maintaining approver master lists, monitoring and managing the workflow status and dealing with queries.
- Key Administrator of Expense Management System (EMS) including onboarding and offboarding of all staff, providing training to corporate card holders and processing of cash reimbursements for Payroll.
- Review expense allocations in EMS.
- Ongoing review and maintenance of delegation protocols and expenses policies and expense reporting
- Provide finance support to the Board of Directors for the compiling and reconciliation of corporate credit card expenses and expense reimbursements.
- Provide quarterly summary of Directors’ and Chairman’s expenses for sign off.
- Quarterly analysis of corporate card expenditure.
- Owning relationship between Qantas and Rest and acting as a business contact between Rest and our travel provider.
- Preparing bi-annual report for Payment Times Reporting Scheme.
