ESS Defence has the privilege of serving millions of meals to our Defence personnel under our Defence Life brand. Whether it is out in the field, or in dining halls, we provide everything from snacks to buffet style meals, to first class dining experiences for functions. The support we provide is vital in ensuring our personnel thrive during their service. We deliver high quality food coupled with a fantastic customer service experience.

**The Position**:

- Provide Food & Beverage service in a unique environment
- Ensure all company policies and practices are applied, and ensure Food Safety Practices are adhered to
- Work within a team providing exceptional customer service
- Able to provide and bar service and support time during evening meal service
- General cleaning of mess and bar area is maintained
- Provide Responsible service of alcohol at table service if required

**The Person**:

- RSA required
- Good communication skills and willingness
- Previous F&B experience beneficial
- Great presentation and customer service skills
- Will maintain a clean mess and bar area
- Strong awareness of hygiene & food safety standards and RSA requirements
