**The Opportunity**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and skilled Maintenance Fitter to join a dynamic environment where your contributions will make a real impact.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that all assets are available for operational requirements and operating in a safe, efficient and reliable manner. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on safety and quality and you will demonstrate a proactive and reliable attitude. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential, along with compliance with safety and quality standards. This position is a Day Shift role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute relevant sections of the Maintenance plan.
- Provide support directly to the production team by:

- Assisting with plant start-ups
- Responding to production calls when the lines are not performing as required
- Action non-planned work including sourcing parts and materials
- Prioritising breakdown repairs in line with business requirements
- Train/mentor Apprentice’s
- Conduct root cause analysis reviews into all issues as required by the maintenance strategy
- Work with the PM and Production Team Leaders supervisors balancing workloads

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Trade Qualified
- Manufacturing experience with exposure to automated production equipment.
- Experienced in analysing equipment condition & identifying maintenance requirements
- Boiler Ticket
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experienced in analysing equipment condition & identifying maintenance requirements
- Sound knowledge of OHSE & Quality systems
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to coach and mentor the team.
- EWP, Confined Space and Forklift Licences are highly desirable
