**About the Role**
We’re seeking a skilled Shift Fitter to join our high-speed Can Plant manufacturing in Shepperton. This is a full-time permanent role on a day shift Monday - Friday.

Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery.
- Working with the production team to ensure mínimal downtime.
- Set up and fine tuning of machines for optimal productivity.
- Work with high-speed manufacturing equipment, understanding production demands.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Mechanical Fitter trade qualification or similar trade with maintenance fitting experience.
- Strong experience in preventative and breakdown maintenance in manufacturing environments.
- Experience in GMP environment and awareness of requirements
- Passion for your trade and commitment to improvements.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to safety.
