**Qualifications & experience**
- Clerical experience preferred.
- Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking is preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Typing, filing, and completion of simple forms by using Microsoft Office. Answering and redirecting incoming calls. Entering date into MYOB. Processing payment, invoices, income and receipts.
