The Role_**

The Health Centre Clerk is responsible for administrative and secretarial support for the Health Centre, Nursing Unit Manager and Nurse Manager.**The role includes a high level of diligence and accuracy with the handling of information including filing, assembly, retrieval, culling and tracking of medical records.

Our Location_**

The Metropolitan Remand and Reception Centre (MRRC) is a maximum-security correctional facility for male offenders and is one of 3 correctional facilities within the Silverwater Correctional Complex in Sydney. Inmates who arrive at the MRRC:

- Come directly from court on remand
- Stay at the MRRC while they attend court in the Sydney Metropolitan Area (before returning to their home correctional centre)
- Stay at the MRRC while they await a vacancy at a centre matching their classification.

Most offenders leave the centre within a few months of their arrival, usually because they obtain bail (and release) or transfer centres
