We are on the lookout for a dedicated and ambitious Health Care Leader to join our team at Moran Stockton home. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Care Manager who is ready to make a significant impact.

As the Care Manager (CM), you will lead our well-resourced Care Team, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and personal care, as well as lifestyle services for our residents. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and provide clinical direction to the care team
- Develop a capable Care Team able to meet resident needs
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families
- Promote a culture of customer service delivery that supports resident choice
- Contribute to achievement of quality outcomes
- Support clinical and organisational governance
- Lead various programs and specialized service delivery
- Oversight of admissions and assessments
- 2IC to General Manager

**Skills/Requirements**:
As a collaborative and senior leader with clinical experience within the aged care sector, you will have:

- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse Registration as approved by the Australian Nurses and Midwifery Board with a minimum 3 years’ post graduate aged care experience.
- Experience in the supervision and leadership of employees with demonstrated ability to influence others and work together to deliver safe and quality care and services
- Well-developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to relate and converse with residents, families, and other employees
- Ability to read and write clear and precise English relevant to this role,
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Current Police Check.
- Current vaccination certificates including influenza and COVID-19
- Valid & Appropriate Working Rights
