Casual Sales Assistant

Fort Knox Self Storage is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Scoresby team on a casual basis to work Saturdays with availability for 1-2 week days.

To succeed in this role, you will be passionate about delivering superior customer service and, motivated by achieving sales targets and KPIs.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for working alongside the Site Manager in overseeing and all aspects of the day to day running of the site.

**Sales & Customer Service**: Fort Knox Self Storage Sales Assistants support our storage experts to ensure they offer superior storage solutions that are easy for our customers.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with your team to align goals and synergy to achieve business goals and revenue targets.

**Customer Centric**: Foster strong relationships with our customers addressing their needs promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

**Debt Management**: Review bad debtors for your facility and initiate follow-up actions. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards for delinquent accounts and lien proceedings.

**Site Presentation**:You need to have enthusiasm and take pride in housekeeping standards and site presentation.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 1+ years’ experience a retail sale, estate agent team or like environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to take direction, have initiative & a strong work ethic.
- Customer centric and naturally lead by example embracing our values and standards in our brand.
- Current driver license and own car.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Pay: $32.10 - $38.52 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 24 per week
