**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Mobile Truck Washer to oversee our cleaning operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of mobile truck washers
- Schedule and coordinate daily cleaning routes and tasks
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to quality standards and within scheduled timeframes
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Train and mentor new team members
- Maintain safety standards and compliance with industry regulations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in truck or vehicle cleaning, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to move trucks, reverse trailers, and handle vehicle maneuvers
- Valid truck driver’s license
- Ability to operate and manage commercial vehicles efficiently
- Self-motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
