Reporting to the Transport Manager, the Transport Allocator is responsible for daily delivery allocation. This consists of building runs for the delivery team to complete which will need to be delivered to customers’ premises promptly. The Transport Allocator will operate with a continual focus on Safety, Service, Cost, and Team. The Transport Allocator will operate and align with company values.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Create relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Enhance customer satisfaction (NPS).
- Provide regular reports.
- Optimise Transport operations and reduce costs.
- Support cross-functional tasks as needed.
- Comply with safety protocols and training.
- Adhere to WH&S policies.
- Oversee on-site adherence to Safe Working Practices (SWPs) per National Safety Plan.
- Prioritise Driver Safety and Chain of Responsibility.
- Report incidents, injuries, near misses, and hazards to Transport Manager.

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of experience in transport and logistics.
- Sunday - Thursday ( Afternoon) 3pm - 11pm
- Previous experience in allocation is desirable but not mandatory.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player & Problem-Solver
- Driven by results and targets, with a proactive attitude.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office and WMS systems.
- Experience with appliances, furniture, or large bulky items is advantageous but not necessary.
