**About the role**:
Reporting into the WA Safety Manager, the Safety Partner role will require you to work independently, carrying out frequent visits across our dealerships in the metro area and south of Perth.

**The key responsibilities of the role will be**:

- Coach and support site managers and supervisors in effective safety leadership
- Coach and support site managers to maintain WHS and environmental legislative compliance
- Carry out incident investigations
- Deliver training
- Be accountable for facilitating the implementation of safety/environmental objectives/targets
- Manage safety and training systems
- Carry out Injury Management/Return to Work
- Partner with personnel at all levels of the organisation to support the development of an exceptional safety culture
- Carry out audits and support sites in their completion of inspections and consultation activities
- Deliver WHS/Injury Management reporting

**About you**:
We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual with a strong Safety background and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. If you are comfortable with communicating with a range of stakeholders, have a passion for multi-tasking, attention to detail and strong communication skills, this may be the role for you

**Ideally you will possess**:

- Relevant qualifications, with previous experience in a safety role (at least 3 years)
- ICAM trained
- Injury Management experience
- Experience working with operational teams in multi-site environments
- Experience in managing key hazards such as hazardous chemicals
- Safety auditing experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data for trends and recommend solutions
- Experience with safety software, and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, great prioritisation skills
- Positive attitude and shows initiative
