**Client**

My client is a large mining house that owns and operates a number of large mining operations in AU. They are looking for a
**Mine Controller **to work within a team of controllers and builders at one of their mine sites in QLD.

**The Opportunity**

The purpose of this role is to promote, operate and provide support to the advanced autonomous truck loop (with associated digger and shovel units) on site.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the autonomous fleet effectively and efficiently on site,
Maximise compliance to operational plan,
- Continuous improvement through identifying system and operational process improvements in the use of the autonomous fleet management system,
- Solutions focussed and strive to improve in a high performing team each day.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experienced as a Mine Controller on open cut/pit operations,
- CAT FMS and/or MineStar Command experience is highly regarded,
- Willing and able to relocate/live in QLD (relocation assistance provided),
- The ability to work on site as a Mine Controller across operations FIFO, DIDO or Residential to the mine.
