Are you passionate about coffee, great food, and creating exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a _Café Manager_ to lead our vibrant team in a 7-day-a-week operation — all within **daytime hours only**.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Running the daily operations of a busy, well-loved café
- Leading and motivating a small, dedicated team
- Managing stock, ordering supplies, and ensuring smooth service
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Overseeing rosters, training staff, and ensuring quality control

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous hospitality or café management experience is **a plus** — but if you're a natural leader with a passion for people and food, we want to hear from you
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A hands-on, positive approach and ability to think on your feet
