**About Us**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Provide high-quality care and create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe, document, and assess children’s development to tailor individual learning plans.
- Maintain compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and other regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an early childhood education setting.
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training).
- Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
