Production Coordinator

About the role:
The focus of the role will be to support the Supervisor and their teams in the warehouse and office, collaborating with other Medical Pack Supply areas to drive efficiency and minimise production down time, thus, supporting Aruma’s Purpose and Values to enhance the lives of people with a disability, and achieve agreed operational and financial goals.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the demonstrated ability to meet challenging deadlines and juggle competing priorities.
- Sound business acumen with the ability to read, interpret and analyse business data, particularly in a production facility context.
- Sound verbal and written communication, with effective listening and negotiation skills.
- Sound conflict resolution and collaboration skills, with the demonstrated ability to use internal and external networks to resolve issues.
- Sound numeracy and computer skills, particularly MS Office; including the capacity to learn new IT systems.
Essential Criteria
- A demonstrated commitment to the Aruma Code of Conduct
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a corporate setting in Warehousing, commercial packaging or similar production environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of WHS legislation, quality assurance systems and production management
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination (dose 1, 2 & booster).
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of ISO13485, ISO18385, and experience working within a TGA quality environment
- Experience in medical packaging
- Experience working with people with disabilities, and /or a Certificate III in Disability Services.
- Degree in Business or similar qualification
