**Supply Chain Supervisor - Packaging**

**Work Type: Fulltime 38 hours per week**

**Location: Lambton**

**About the role**:
The Supply Chain Supervisor supports team leaders and their teams, collaborating with Production Supervisor to ensure product is available to meet production targets. This role will assist the Supply Chain Coordinator in the purchasing of MPS raw materials, inventory, logistics and despatch of goods for production requirement, consistent with Aruma’s Vision, Purpose and Values to enhance the lives of people with a disability, and achieve agreed strategic, operational and financial goals.

**What you need to be successful in this role**:

- Sound verbal and written communication, with effective listening and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the demonstrated ability to meet challenging deadlines and juggle competing priorities.
- A practical understanding of WHS requirements
- Sound communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Practical knowledge of the regulatory environment in which the business operates (including legislation, standards, and best practice)
- Effective problem solving and technical skills to solve maintenance and/ or customer matters
- Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise work of a team.

**Essential Criteria**
- A demonstrated commitment to Aruma’s Code of Conduct.
- Demonstrated experience working in warehouse and logistics management
- A commitment to working with people with disabilities
- A current Driver’s Licence, and current Forklift Licence
- Experience leading and coordinating a small team
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
- A confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination (doses 1 & 2).

**Nice to have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a similar industry
- Knowledge of ISO13485, experience working within a TGA quality environment
- A Certificate or Diploma in frontline management, and / or Certificate III in Disability Services would be well regarded.
