**Job description**

Cam Can is an Organisation which provides individualised, innovative and flexible support arrangements for people with disability so they can pursue a lifestyle of their choice in the community.

We are seeking someone to support a man who has recently moved into his own home in East Perth with Supported Independent Living. Support involves documentation, attention to detail, personal care, community access, therapies, exercise, and assistance to maintain his home.

The right worker will be organised, work well in a team and have good written skills.

Mentoring will be provided until you are comfortable providing one to one support.

In return you will receive an attractive rate of pay including superannuation, salary sacrificing, travel compensation, and the knowledge that you are making a positive difference to someone’s life. You will also receive ongoing training and development opportunities.

You will need a current NDIS worker screening, Driver License, your own vehicle, and eligibility to work in Australia. The ability to swim is also required to assist the man with his hyrdo-therapy.

Schedule availability:

- Tuesday 7am - 4:30pm
- Thursday 7am - 4:30pm
- Friday 4:30pm - 10:30pm
- Saturday 7am - 4:30pm

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $33.00 - $44.00 per hour
