**Job Title: Data Entry Clerk**

**Data Entry Clerk duties and responsibilities**
- Enter personal customer information into databases as collected upon forms or spreadsheets
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, and make necessary corrections or updates as required.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and data
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Handle confidential information and data
- Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information
- Update, manage, and organize internal files and documents like handbooks, operations manuals, and reports
- Identify and correct data entry errors

**Data Entry Clerk requirements**
- Proven work experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Data Entry Clerk, or related roles.
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and communication skills with clients and customers
- Organize and add detailed information to the personal calendar of management and other members of staff
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices is preferred.
