**About the Team**

While Clipchamp is predominantly based in Australia, OMG is a global team, with offices in five countries. Joining Clipchamp, means you'll join a team of colleagues who live all around the world. We’re committed to each team member feeling connected, regardless of where they work and live.

**Responsibilities**:
**As a Clipchamp Product Research Lead, you’ll be**:

- Working with designers, product managers and product marketers to establish regular research cadence and best-in-class research processes
- Facilitating user interviews, UX research initiatives and other market research
- Synthesizing research data to help the product teams make better, informed decisions
- Supporting documentation and roll-up of research, obfuscating identifiable data
- Organising team members to join ongoing research sessions
- Working with the data team to quantify qualitative findings, and identify new research opportunities
- Improving team efficiency by developing business processes/tools relevant to research for critical and routine tasks to streamline product development and design
- Air traffic control
- Providing suggestions on the many tools relevant to research (for roadmapping, documentation, etc.) the product team uses
- Communicating the outcome of research and learnings to key stakeholders within Clipchamp and Microsoft

**Qualifications**:
**Skills and experience we’re looking for**:

- Demonstrated Product research operations experience in SaaS, or enterprise products
- Great communication skills, stakeholder mapping
- Analytical and scientific thinker to work with quant and qual data
- Extremely systematic and always thinking about automating critical and repetitive tasks
- Collaborative approach - you can consider others' ideas, implement new methods,
- surface and resolve disagreements, and empathise with users

**Bonus points if you**:

- Love online video, solving new, challenging problems
- Have start-up experience - ever changing landscape, experimentation, innovation, and direct impact on the direction of the company
- Have hands on experience with modern product stack for roadmapping, documentation, sprint planning, research and more
