Outbound Logistics Order Processing

**Position purpose**

Managing operational aspects of Department of Brands outbound logistics, order fulfilment processes and customer services procedures, to meet business objectives specified as part of the Sales and Operations Planning Process (S&OP) as required for business growth.

**Main tasks**

**Core Outcomes include**:

- **Outbound Logistics/Transport/Warehousing**
- Manage internal and external logistics functions within ANZ and overseas in a manner that optimises the outcome for the business and meets customer requirements
- Manage key relationships with 3PL providers and give directions on priorities for warehouse team
- Ensuring that all the daily outbound shipments have been pulled, packed, and processed
- **B2C Ecommerce**
- Manage the operational requirements of the Ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify): integrating logistics, fulfilment centre and other required resources into this for efficient and effective service delivery to customers
- **Customer Service**
- Ensure customer service is optimised in ANZ and overseas
- Proactively identify potential customer service issues & work with the team to ensure they are avoided/resolved
- Ensure OTIF KPIs are achieved for all customers and a high level of customer service is provided
- Manage any urgent orders received and provide support to customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Take ownership of customer queries and complaints and manage the feedback process
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage orders and provide data/information as required

**Person Specification**

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary Degree preferable in relevant area.
- Experience and aptitude / training / qualification around Supply Chain Operations management

**Experience**
- Experience in managing 3PL providers
- Relevant experience with ERP & WMS systems

**Knowledge**
- Sound excel skills
