We are seeking dedicated and experienced Business Strategy Managers to join our Client Engagement and Enterprise Solutions and Technology business areas.

As a **Business Strategy Manager**, you’ll lead a dynamic team to deliver complex programs and initiatives that drive organisational transformation and ensure successful implementation of strategy initiatives. You’ll conduct analysis of internal and external factors influencing performance and identify areas for strategy intervention.

You will undertake an integral leadership role and drive the delivery of all priorities within your work area. You’ll influence the design and development of tailored strategic program solutions that achieve contemporary results whilst managing potential or perceived risks.

Using your negotiation skills, you’ll effectively prevent and resolve issues and recommend strategies to influence decision making. You’ll collaborate with key business partners to find opportunities and map resolution activities to meet objectives.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in **Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Gosford, Melbourne CBD, Newcastle, Penrith or Sydney CBD.
