Brooki Bakehouse is a beloved bakery renowned for its delicious, handcrafted treats and warm, welcoming atmosphere. With multiple locations across Brisbane, we're passionate about creating moments of joy for our customers, one perfect bite at a time. We're opening a new store in **Sydney Airport in November**, and are looking for Retail Sales Assistants to deliver those moments of joy

We have positions available for both **full time and casual roles.**

This is an incredible opportunity to be the face of a beloved brand, engaging with travellers from all over the world and sharing the story of our unique products. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the challenge of hitting sales targets.

**What you'll do**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a memorable and positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products they'll love.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an immaculate and visually appealing store environment.
- Actively contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Become a brand ambassador, sharing your enthusiasm and knowledge with customers.

**What you'll bring**:

- A naturally **fun, outgoing, and energetic personality** that shines through in every interaction.
- Previous experience in retail sales, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for customer service and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong work ethic and a desire to achieve sales KPIs.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as part of a rotating roster at the airport.
